Summary/Abstract: Hasanaginica (1909) by Milan Ogrizović, the two homonymous plays by Alija Isaković (1981) and Nijaz Alispahić (1999), as well as the play Hasanaga (1990) by Tomislav Bakarić are four examples of twentieth-century theatrical texts whereby the authors consider the difference in interpretation and transposition of the folk ballad Hasanaginica.
