Summary/Abstract: In this article emphasize is laid upon the ongoing tense process in the Middle East with the internal and external dynamics which trigger the severe unrest and violence. Within this context, should the need arise to point out in the beginning, one of the two fundamental dynamics which nourishes the crisis in the Middle Eastern area is the inability to overcome the question of sovereignty that had been constructed over the historical legitimacy crisis; the other one is the incapability to extenuate the deprivation of social justice which was structured by the authentic circumstances of the Middle East.
