Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the settlement of certain legal matters), four decisions were published regarding: Decree-Law No 118/1990 on the granting of certain rights to persons persecuted for political reasons by the dictatorship established since 6 March 1945, as well as to those deported abroad or taken prisoner; Code of Civil Procedure; GEO No 59/2017 on the modification and completion of certain normative acts in the field of service pensions; Romanian Constitution, Penal Code, Romanian National Defence Law, Law No 346/2006 on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of National Defence, Law No 95/2006 on health reform.
