Summary/Abstract: The fate of the parliament democracy and its future in human development is one of the topical issues on the agenda in the Republic of Bulgaria and in Europe. This significant problem is influenced by both internal phenomena and processes, as well as globalization. It should be noted the significant change as a result of the war in Ukraine in 2022, the redistribution of world powers, the new unification and integration processes and the impact of all this on individual nation states.
