Summary/Abstract: Controlling which makes real all functions of management i.e: planning, organizing, motivating and controlling has been playing more and more important role in the recent years. It helps managers to make quickly rational decisions by using the sufficient infor-mation-reporting system. This system should meet certain requirements determined by size of the company, kind of performed activities, organization structure, used management methods etc. The effective-ness of controlling depends on quality and efficiency of the information system of the compa-ny.
