Summary/Abstract: The article presents the use of games during Polish language lessons for foreigners. The author explains how the ludic strategy is used in the teaching and learning process. She compares didactic aids available on the publishing market and analyses their usefulness. The conclusion from the conducted deliberations obliges to construct original games and plays according to the needs of the group. It is also important to take care of the use of complex educational tools, which, due to the their multifaceted nature, may increase the effects of education.
