Summary/Abstract: Technological progress has been evolving rapidly and continuously in recent decades, with technology being present in more and more aspects of our lives. Changes in the way social relations are conducted as a result of these developments require adjustments to the legal framework governing those social relations, on the one hand to adapt the rules to the new ways in which these social relations are conducted and, on the other, to provide adequate protection against the dangers specific to technology use.
