Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to show the culture-forming role of fear as a tool of cynical managerial pragmatism, which can be used in a planned and coordinated way. For this purpose, a critical analysis of the literature on the subject was made, and basing on existing written sources, an original theoretical models were proposed that can become the basis for conceptualization for further empirical research.
