Summary/Abstract: The author reconstructs the main moments in the daily activity of a partisan. The material resorted to consists of official documents (sentences by military courts), written and oral declarations (memoirs, recounts, interviews) of the former partisans and their confederates. The following topics are treated: Nature, a partisan's ally or enemy, Safe shelter, Partisan hosts, The issue of water sources, Smoking. The article is accompanied by selective bibliography and notes. The documents will be published in a separate volume by N.I.S.T.
