Summary/Abstract: In this article we discuss about last global financial crisis, principal – agent relationship and new role of state in modern economy. Financial gambling is new issue for public debate between experts and nonexperts. Also, many important public persons are warning key managers in global corporations for ethical inconsistencies and unrespectable attitude in basicaly parincipal - agent relationship. Shareholders are very sceptical about transparency of managers dedecesions and they except new proposals of regulations and stabilisation of system. Role of state in modern economic system is become unusually important in resolving of company problems and it intervences almoust daily.
