Summary/Abstract: This article examines some of the issues that fall within the scope of Constitutional Case 7 of 2022 trough problematizing the issue of the admissibility of the case, proposing the idea of a dynamic balance between the principle of tenure and the principle of continuity of civil service, examining factors on which this balance potentially depends, and reviewing the reasoning of the decision and the dissenting opinions.
