A few considerations regarding the advancement and payment of expert fees for the expert opinions performed during the trial

Summary/Abstract: Taking into account the rules and principles regarding the use of public funds that can only be used for expenses strictly related to the activity of public institutions and only if there is a legal basis for those expenses, the provisions of art. 272 of the Criminal Procedure Code have the ability to justify making the payment from the budget of the Ministry of Justice, the Public Ministry and other relevant ministries, only for the specific judicial activity, in direct connection with the administration of the evidence and the judicial body that has this right within each phase procedural.
