Summary/Abstract: The article presents the scientific achievements of Prof. D.Sc. Ivan Kutsarov in the field of modern Bulgarian morphology, functional-semantic grammar and Slavic studies. Special emphasis has been placed on the development of the Plovdiv linguistic school of morphology and functional grammar established by Ivan Kutsarov.
