Summary/Abstract: The documents we publish are part of the dossier developed by the General Administration of the Danube-Black Sea canal to investigate the “sabotage” committed by engineer Gheorghe Georgescu-Topâslău. On September 1, 1952, the Bucharest Territorial Military Court sentenced engineer Georgescu to death “for the crime of having sabotaged the progress of the national economy of the R.P.R. (The People’s Republic of Romania)”
