Summary/Abstract: The documents studied by this author show the way the People’s Commissariat for Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union devised the projects to organize the post-war world, the extent to which the interests of small states were taken into account (if ever), and, most of all, Romania’s place in this major concern.
