Summary/Abstract: Our plea for remembering childhood should be understood on a personal, academic and curatorial level. This volume itself oscilates between these dimensions. All articles share a deep concern with childhood and argue for a firmer positioning of this subject in anthropological, ethnographic, visual and museological research.
