Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author highlights some problems that can occur with vessels that were restored with the techniques and materials used in the 80s and also the consequences of not respecting the methodology of applying the materials. Also, the restoration stages of a Cucutenian vessel are presented, which was at risk of losing its integrity due to the fact that some of the materials, with which it was restored, have aged and could no longer support the function for which they were used.
