Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship among the perception of organizational politics, loneliness at work and organizational alienation. Another aim of the study is to find out the effect of organisational politics perception on loneliness in work life and organizational alienation. The sample of this study is made up of the personnel of Antalya Muratpaşa Municipality. In the study survey method was used. According to the results of the study; positive, medium and significant relationships have been determined among the perception of organizational politics, loneliness at work and organizational alienation. Moreover, organisational politics perception reasonably affects the loneliness in work life. Similarly, there is a medium and significant relationship between the perception of organizational politics and organisational loneliness. Lastly, it was found out that the perception of organizational politics reasonably affects the organizational alienation.
