Summary/Abstract: In the first decades of the beginning of the 20th century, those who wanted to find a place to relax and spend their free time could find it in Constanta. The Sundays of the port have a unique charm, man seems to disappear. The free material, transformed or not, lives on. The barn lives with its warm, stinging breath of wheat; the fine, greasy dust of coal lives, the curling iron of the heavy pot belly sheets, caressed by green water, lives. There are cards, on stone, left by great black vessels, written at night between two pipes and a song, by a sailor's hand slipped between quay and copse, carried by who knows what thought.
