Summary/Abstract: The “Vlad Țepeș II” organizations (1948-1950) were part of the anticommunist resistance in Romania. There were several such independent organizations that had the same name. They all emerged in 1948 and were quite controversial. It is suspected that the groups in Moldavia had been created by the Securitate itself. Other organizations were active in other regions such as Vrancea, in the south-east of Transylvania and round Oradea, all annihilated by the end of 1950.
