Summary/Abstract: The article clarifies the main ideas and concepts regarding pre-criminal conditions and some criminogenic phenomena that facilitate the commission of crimes. The study of these aspects is of particular interest to criminological and legal science because the fullest possible exposure of the conditions and phenomena that facilitate crime, along with the causes that generate it, can result in streamlining the process of preventing and combating crime, ultimately leading to an increased level of security for the population and society in general. The scientific approach adopted in this study is the continuation of the research in this area, with some results reflected in the previous studies carried out by the author.
