Voluntary Withdrawal from the Commission of a Crime by the Crime Organiser

Summary/Abstract: In this article, we analyse the question of the willing withdrawal from an offence by the offence organiser and create a clear, well-grounded scientific basis aiming to combine the provisions of the criminal law with the practice of applying the norms of law. As a result of the study, the legal nature of the voluntary withdrawal from a crime by its organiser was established, and the features of the voluntary withdrawal were confirmed.
