THE DEFENSE OF SOCRATES

Summary/Abstract: The famous trial of Socrates is still relevant today. It is the process against truth, against uncomfortable intelligences, against questions. Although the questioner’s arguments in his defense were impeccable, Socrates was nevertheless sentenced to death. And today, sometimes, it’s about the same. Truth need not defend itself, because it should never be accused. But, apparently, that’s the way the world is made.
