Summary/Abstract: The land register has been defined as an authentic and public deed containing a description of the real estate and the corresponding real estate rights, as well as mentioning, where appropriate, other legal relationships in relation to the real estate entered in the land register, either for the purpose of making them enforceable against third parties or for the purpose of informing any interested person.
