Summary/Abstract: The present paper analyzes some important changes brought to the labor legislation by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 37/2021 and by Law no. 283/2022 amending and supplementing Law no.53/2003 – Labor Code and Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code. It was justified to introduce the job description and the internal Regulation employers of micro-enterprises, showing that their lack leads to the difficulty in the event of an individual labor conflict arising, resulting from the non-execution of the individual employment contract. Details have been made in connection with the Law no. 283/2022 amending and supplementing the Labor Code, especially regarding the clauses of the individual employment contract, the possibility in different jobs, the professional condition offered by the employer, etc.
