Summary/Abstract: It is possible to support faster growth of companies from the domestic software industry by choosing the right pricing method based on the variables of the market context in which their products compete. In the technical sense, the best pricing method is the one that determines the value to the buyer, and determines the price based on the value up to buyer's perception of value delivered. Since the application of this method requires the company to possess a level of market power, domestic producers who opt for it will have to look for sources of differentiated value in the market niches in which they compete. Software, as information property, in most cases offers the possibility of creating differentiated value.
