Summary/Abstract: The new dynamics of the world system make maintaining the old order impossible. With today's concepts, it is possible to create a more just and stable international order. In parallel, the reorganization of the United Nations (UN) has become the will of most countries operating under its auspices. He needs to rebuild his reputation, trust, and power at the United Nations, whose legitimacy and fairness have been called into question by some of his decisions. Amendments are required to remove the privilege granted by the Permanent Members of the UN Security Council's veto power. The problems caused by recent changes and developments in world politics, as well as the injustices and double standards of the international system, will be discussed in the following sections of the article. In this regard, the first section presents an assessment of the current international system. During this review, issues of global governance were discussed, with a particular emphasis on the United Nations. This article is a modest scientific work that reveals all forms of the current world order with complete clarity, ready to reform the UN to create a more just, reliable, large, peaceful, and stable international order.
