Summary/Abstract: is a very important tool to keep our mind and body healthy. What does this interaction look like in people with psychiatric illness, especially people diagnosed with schizophrenia? Schizophrenia is a life-defining condition that is associated with a lot of stigma. Because of various impairments and habits, mentally ill people have an increased health risk. In this article, several case studies were used to show that despite the often negative framework conditions, both physical and mental health can be positively influenced by exercises.
