Summary/Abstract: The internal management control system of any public entity operates with a variety of processes, means, actions, provisions, which concern all aspects related to the activities of the entity, being established and implemented by the entity's management in order to allow good control over its functioning as a whole, as well as over each activity/ operation. The internal management control tool can be classified into six main groups: objectives; means (resources); informational system; organization; procedures; control.
