Summary/Abstract: The aim of this theoretical study is a hermeneutical interpretation of the meaning of the requirement for a structured expert procedure, especially in relation to the review ability of expert evidence. The study also aims to explain the review ability of expert evidence in relation to the conceptual changes in the new regulation of expert activities in the Czech Republic.
