Summary/Abstract: The successful initiation and development of the activities of any business depends to an overwhelming extent on the degree to which the human factor is understood, motivated and coordinated. This importance is explained by the fact that human resources have become a major concern, being considered the most important, the only one able to attract, combine and use the other resources necessary for the company, to achieve the proposed strategic objectives. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the motivation of employees of an automotive company.
