Summary/Abstract: Professional suitability, defined as the efficiency of an employee in a work situation, is developed throughout the entire period of work of an individual. This process considers vocational preparation carried out during formal education as important. The aim of the article is to show the level of professional suitability of engineering studies in the opinions of working students of the Cracow University of Technology.
