Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the Polish and European environmental law in terms of the right to repair, which will probably be extended in the European Union in the near future. One of the important elements of the changes is the reduction of the waste stream. This task may be carried out, inter alia, by increasing the number of repaired products, which will extend their service life.
