Summary/Abstract: Long before the creation of the Romanian state in 1859, the distinction between natural persons and legal persons was already established, as indeed between the legal person of private law and the legal person of public law. This distinction has been maintained to this day through various legislations or regulations beneficial for the development and the richness of Romanian administrative law.
