Summary/Abstract: “Islamic State” financing is global security`s securitized problem whose de-securitization is still on the agenda of a large number of researchers, experts of practice and criminologists. The present article systematizes and supplements the main sources of income according to the last FATF` classification, and represents the author's views on how terrorist financing could be minimized.
