Summary/Abstract: The author supports the idea that war is the permanent state of the world. New technological achievements have always played an active role in the final result of military efforts. Such a statement is extremely valid in the construction of the military systems operating in the air space. They are increasingly becoming robotic and engaging artificial intellect. For them to be managed to achieve the ultimate objectives of any air war, however, the key factor remains the human.
