Summary/Abstract: In 2016, RILSA's research activities were conducted according to "The Research Activities Plan for 2016". The plan was aimed at addressing current issues surrounding the development of the Czech social system with regard particularly to the priorities set out by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs during this period. The starting point of the Plan consisted of the „Long-term Conceptual Development of RILSA in the period 2011−2017" strategy. The main text outlines the thematic focus of the research conducted and the knowledge acquired.
