Summary/Abstract: Large industrial companies need to be restructured, new technologies need to be introduced and organizational and production structure needs to be redesigned, in order to be sustainable and competitive. The priority of implementing reengineering and restructuring have cooperation development companies with large number of small work-intensive companies which base their production on new technologies. Small and medium enterprises that are dominant in size structure of the economy, employ new educated, creative work force and contribute the most in preventing “brain drain”, export increase and development of less developed areas. Information technologies are crucial for the improvement of production processes, and on the other hand, graphic technologies are crucial for design and visual identity of the product. This paper will provide specific results from two sectors. In the sector of information technology research is related to Telekom Srpske, and in the sector of graphics technology the research is related to Grafotisak.
