Summary/Abstract: Customs mobile groups are an example of successful cooperation between the Customs Agency and the Ministry of Interior in the fight against acts violating customs, tax and currency legislation. This paper analyses the activities of civil servants “customs authority”, who have control, supervisory and powers to investigate specific crimes and are included in customs mobile groups.
