Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to broadly understood personnel aspects related to the National Revenue Administration through the prism of 5 years of its functioning (2017–2021). The basic aim of the considerations is to determine the causes of excessive turnover of employees and officers of the National Revenue Administration, together with an analysis of their salaries/earnings, age structure, directional education and selected areas of the so-called ‘promotion policy’.
