Issues of introducing a new health legal relationship in Hungary

Summary/Abstract: SARS-COV19, in addition to placing a huge burden on health, has had and continues to have an impact on our economy. Changes in working conditions have led to changes in legislation. During the pandemic, it became clear that the previous labour law regulations could not fully cover the emergency situation created by the epidemic, so not only the issue of regulating telework was on the agenda in the legislature, but also the transformation of employment in health care workers. I examine Act C of 2020 as an employee of the labour management department of a health institute and a PhD student, comparing it with the alternatives of practical feasibility
