Summary/Abstract: The Code of Criminal Procedure lists the grounds for review, which cannot be extended or interpreted broadly. I would like to briefly summarize the grounds for revision of final judgments in criminal proceedings and, in this context, I would like to briefly mention the decision of the Constitutional Court as a basis for revision. The Constitutional Court is the supreme body for the protection of the Basic Law under the Basic Law, but it is not part of the ordinary judicial system. However, its decisions influence the jurisprudence of the ordinary organizational system, including the Curia.
