Summary/Abstract: The relationship between teacher and student is truly one of the most important components of the educational process, because the interaction of this binomial provides the framework for the development of society, due to the transformation of the personality of the student and the teacher. The influences are manifested by each on the other, there is a wide dynamism between the two educational actors. This fact denotes the sine qua non-character of studying and improving this type of educational relationship, in order to improve the educational processes.
