Summary/Abstract: The amount of financial remuneration for work performed under agreements to complete a job and agreements to perform work should no longer be determined solely on the basis of the calculation of the contribution of the work to the employer and the current level of the minimum wage, etc., but also, principally, on the basis of guaranteed wage levels. This represents a new legislative development to be introduced via a planned amendment to the Labour Code. The lowest guaranteed wage levels are, according to Section 3 of Government Regulation No. 567/2006 Coll., divided into eight groups of work, which are differentiated according to the complexity, responsibility and strenuousness of the work performed.
