Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to assess the economic development of Polish voivodeships over the period 2005–2020. Spatial variations in the socio-economic development of individual provinces, which have persisted for years, justify the need for such research, especially in the context of creating a proper regional policy. The research was based on the data from the Central Statistical Office, using the TOPSIS method and convergence analysis. On the basis of the results obtained, rankings of voivodeships were made and an analysis of convergence processes was carried out.
