It discusses the social impacts of the processes that are expected to be introduced and the importance of the automotive industry for the national economy. Particular attention is devoted to the situation of employees, their remuneration and the role of collective bargaining. The publication constitutes a qualitative investigation of the issue and provides a number of contentious claims and ideas.
