Summary/Abstract: The system of social care services is only the one system on public solidarity with coexistence of public and private providers of social care. There are many models of this coexistence in Europe. This article focuses the main question: What is the best order of the system in the Czech Republic? The research is being designed as a qualitative analyse used the expert interviews, focus group, international experiences and description of statistical consequences. The summary and description of the possibilities of funding setting and its impact on care provision is the main research result (especially focus on the system management, roles and competences of public corporations, care entitlement, quality and accessibility guarantee, client-provider relationships). The theme of private care provision is being touched as well.
