Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the importance of information and communication in the implementation of management control, which belongs to the group of management control standards. Within this group, three standards are distinguished: current information, internal communication and external communication. Information and communication are the basic components of management control affecting other standards and are indispensable elements in the implementation of tasks of public finance sector units.
