Summary/Abstract: The 2022 EAPIL Aarhus Conference was held at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, from June 2 to 4, 2022. The conference was organized by the European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL). At the outset, it should be noted that EAPIL is a relatively young association founded in 2019 with headquarters in Luxembourg, whose goal is to promote the study and development of private international law. As the crown of the establishment, the first international conference organized by EAPIL is planned in 2020. However, due to extraordinary circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held only in June 2022, when the physical presence of the majority of lecturers and interested participants was possible. Eminent scientists from the field of international private law presented at the conference, with the presence of more than a hundred interested members of the academic community from Europe and beyond. In addition to the introductory session that opened the conference, the conference was thematically divided into three further sessions through which current challenging issues were considered.
