Development opportunities for short-term forms of tourism

Summary/Abstract: One of the trends observed in the tourism market in recent years is the significant increase in the number of short-term trips by tourists. Instead of a two-week vacation once a year, tourists take several shorter vacations in the country or abroad, in the same or different tourist spots. The object of research in this article are the forms of short-term organized trips lasting 3-4 nights at the end of the week (weekends), during national holidays and days off, in Bulgaria or abroad, during the summer or winter season.
